A good choice in Batavia as far as location goes.
Hotel is located in the old part of Jakarta and is surrounded by by old colonial buildings.The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and functional.
The hotel just didn’t quite achieve the historical ambience It was trying for. It’s quite functional but lacked the pizzazz of other places we had stayed in on our travels.

The hotel was nice, but not recommend for the restaurant.
everything was great, the hotel room was clean, and the staff was friendly, except for the breakfast. There are lots of choices, but the taste is standard.
We had dinner in the restaurant, it took so long. The food tasted standard and they gave the food one by one so we could not eat together because it was too late if we were waiting for all the food.
